Does the information personally identify me?

Our site uses software to collect anonymous visitation data. We use the data to better our content and provide our public with better information. This type of information is the IP address of the visitor which is often temporary. Tied to this date is the provider source of the address, certain general location information, the time of the visit, the page that sent you to our site, and other usage data which does not particularly name you directly. This data is not made public or shared with anyone outside of our analytical tools and we use it to improve our site and its contents.

You may submit data directly to us, such as an issue for evaluation on our site. You may be asked to enter limited personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail, mailing address or phone number. We use this information to respond to the evaluation question you submit. You may, however, visit our site anonymously and never submit such information.

Who has access to your information?

We do not sell, rent, or lease our mailing lists or other user data to other parties, ever. Ever.We do not share your personal information to any unaffiliated parties. We do use service providers such as Google to assist with providing content and we do provide some anonymous data to them. Our virtual law office gathers data and stores it securely on our contractors servers similar to the levels used by the banking industry. If you request that we refer you to another attorney, we may transfer your contact information to them in order to allow them to contact you.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To respond to your email requests
  • To respond to your issue evaluation submittals
  • To send periodic emails – The email address you provide for registration to further news will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your specific requests for further information.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We limit access to your data on a need to know basis. We use anonymous data as much as possible. We do not store personally identifiable information except by your authorization.

We do use cookies on this website. Our analytics software uses first-party cookies only and does not record personally identifiable information. Our virtual law office may also store data from time to time using first party cookies. You should understand that you can always refuse to allow cookies on your browser. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
